Update versioning user doc

      Description

      On the page http://doc.nuxeo.com/x/TIEk, add the description of the new versioning behaviour: if the document is saved but nothing has actually been modified, no + "version" is created and the user is not added to the contributors.
      Add this note to http://doc.nuxeo.com/x/AIhH as well (and see with Nicolas to review changes after).
