Update Quick search dev doc

The page Simple search in dev doc needs to be reviewed and updated
Introduce that there is a suggestion service that is configurable and that is used in the Web UI application for executing the "quick search" (or whatever it is called). Then explain the behaviour can be changed by contribution and give the link to the exemple contribution in explorer.
All the JSF part can be removed.
