Reference select2 widgets in widgets documentation and add a tutorial

Select2 widgets should be referenced here (http://doc.nuxeo.com/display/NXDOC/Standard+Widget+Types) if they are not, and a tutorial should be written in the Cook Book section on an advanced select2 use case with a cusotm operation.
