Update Thumbnail service documentation regarding the afterBlobUpdateCheck event

On the Thumbnail service documentation, the link to the afterBlobUpdateCheck event cannot be updated to 5.8. The event doesn't seem to exist anymore. The documentation should be updated accordingly: either update the link to the new javadoc for this event or remove this part of the documentation.
