Update Azure doc with info on needed account permissions

Microsoft Azure Online Storage doc details required parameters including the container name, access key, and account name - however it doesn't include info about the minimum security role/permissions needed on the account to have the addon function properly.

Please provide info on the security role/permissions needed for the account with name nuxeo.storage.azure.account.name.
