Document how to ensure traceability for binaries

Highly regulated companies may want to keep a trace in the audit of what happens to their binaries in order to prove their compliance.

Goal of the documentation update is to explain how to add entries to the audit related to binaries being flagged and which ones among them are deleted.

Options and limitations need to be also clearly stated so that they can understand how to leverage it later: what shows or not in the UI, how to query it.
