Update java client documentation about automation and document usage

Since the introduction of secured properties NXP-27137, we can not give the full document, if it contains secured properties, to an operation execution as input, context or parameter, this will trigger the secure property mechanism.

Such usage should not be recommended/listed on our documentation as it doesn't work anymore, but also it is less performant than giving the id or the path of the document.
