      need to update the binary manager used to be

      nuxeo.core.binarymanager=org.nuxeo.ecm.blob.s3.S3BlobProvider

      This should be added to nuxeo.conf regardless of how you installed the package.

      Update documentation for 10.10 and LTS2021.
