Redis architecture documentation contains wrong information

• neither CQ nor Redis are storing jobs in the JVM heap
• queuing job in the JVM heap is only done with the default WorkManager implementation which is used mainly for testing and not in production (this is not the redis or the stream workmanager implementation)
