Fix Quick Search description

The Quick Search paragraph https://doc.nuxeo.com/userdoc/search/#quick-search still describes the old behavior from JSF UI where it was possible to trigger a full-text search by hitting the Enter key.

Now in WebUI, hitting the Enter key will navigate to the first result (or to the one selected with the UP and DOWN arrow)

Please update the documentation accordingly.
