      Description

      Following NXP-29122, we need s3:GetBucketVersioning to be set on the bucket, see NXP-29122's upgrade notes

      Note: there's mention of it in the release notes at https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/next/nuxeo-server-release-notes/#s3directbatchhandler-must-work-with-the-new-s3blobprovider although it's actually not specific to direct upload.
