In https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/nuxeo-stream/#stream-importer , the documentation speaks of https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/tree/master/modules/platform/nuxeo-platform-importer/nuxeo-importer-stream but does not mention https://community.nuxeo.com/api/nuxeo/10.10/javadoc/ => the Java packages org.nuxeo.importer.stream.* which seem to come with the stream importer
