Clarify Documentation for Work Separation

      Description

      As of NXP-29361 there are new settings to disable work and stream processing on a given node. What's not clear is that, in order to use these settings, you must use nuxeo.stream.work.enabled=true on all nodes.

      (note: I'm not sure we have a doc page yet for the new settings, only upgrade nodes right now)
