[Drive] Remove obsolete use of Microsoft Tools

In the Uninstall section, there is a tip saying:

If you have any problem during the uninstallation process you can try using this Microsoft tool to uninstall Nuxeo Drive properly.

This is not true since 2018-10-23 (latest 3.x version). Version 3.x used to be MSI files and thus the documentation was accurate. Newer versions are EXE files.
