The installation instructions in the readme.html file point to a non-existing file.

When you download the following distribution under windows:
http://www.nuxeo.org/static/releases/nuxeo-5.4.0/nuxeo-dm-5.4.0_01-tomcat.zip

The zip contains a readme file with the following installation instructions:

"under Windows if you installed Nuxeo from the .zip file, run "bin\nuxeoctl.bat"
under Windows if you installed Nuxeo from the .exe file, either run "bin\nuxeoctl.bat" or use the "nuxeo" Windows service."

The nuxeoctl.bat file does not exist in the zip file. The zip file documentation does also not provide an easy path to install Nuxeo as a service. Consequently, this makes it impossible for a new windows user to continue with the installation from a zip file.
