Fix links to code after refactoring in master

After code refactoring in the Nuxeo GitHub repository, links in the doc pages are redirecting to a 404

For example https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/1010/saml-20-authentication/ references https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/tree/master/nuxeo-services/login/nuxeo-platform-login-saml2/sample which should be now https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/tree/master/modules/platform/login/nuxeo-platform-login-saml2/sample

All pages which contains code should be reviewed.

Previous versions of the documentation should be updated to use the previous links, like https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/tree/10.10/nuxeo-services/login/nuxeo-platform-login-saml2 for 10.10
