Enhanced Viewer - Deployment Documentation

version 10.1.X represents a large change in the deployment infrastructure. Please develop documentation to address the new infrastructure as this page is inaccurate now:

I have several clients waiting to deploy this new infrastructure self-managed on AWS (so likely an EKS deployment) and can not due to the lack of documentation.
