      Fix typos / formulation in okta related pages

       

      "a randomly generated text" -> "a randomly generated string" or "a randomly generated text value". The only time you use "a" with "text" is usually to refer to a whole book, e.g. "The bible is a text about fairy tales"...

      "Why these changes?" -> "Why make these changes?"
