Following NXP-28639 and other Datadog improvements, check and update the documentation:
- removed reporter (cvs statsd)
- new reporter Prometheus
- new reporter option Datadog UDP, Graphite UDP
- renamed metrics
- better default filter
Also, the Nuxeo Grafana dashboard part of nuxeo-stacks must be updated.
