Clustering configuration for 10.10

Hi, the document for clustering configuration was updated with some FT details which don't exist in 10.10. Specifically the properties nuxeo.cluster.enabled and nuxeo.cluster.nodeid are not used - 10.10 still uses the older forms of these properties. Customers following this document are not able to get a functioning cluster.

Please revert so that the cluster node identity section references the repository.clustering.enabled property instead of nuxeo.cluster.enabled, and repository.clustering.id instead of nuxeo.cluster.nodeid.
