Make it clear that Nuxeo Drive parameters are the same everywhere

It may not be clear enough that parameters set in any configuration file are the same everywhere.

1. We should add a note saying that this file should define parameters with values different than the default ones.
2. So we should use parameters with their default values: ignored_* should be removed.
3. The link to "Configuration Parameters" is broken.
4. The link to "Nuxeo Drive developer documentation" should point to https://doc.nuxeo.com/client-apps/nuxeo-drive-functional-overview/ instead.
5. The link "Nuxeo Drive Installation / Configuration" should point to https://doc.nuxeo.com/client-apps/nuxeo-drive/ instead.
