Add emphasis on replication factor in documentation

Currently there is nothing talking about the replication factor.

It is listed in the parameters here:
https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/configuration-parameters-index-nuxeoconf/

But at least a paragraph should be added to the Kafka section for production deployments else there is no high availability configured for the topics.
