Description

Steps to reproduce:

From Windows 10, download http://community.nuxeo.com/static/staging/nuxeo-10.2-setup.exe.
Double-click on the downloaded file.
=> A notification appears:

Windows protected your PC
Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

The only button available is Don't run. Only by clicking on the More info link, is the button Run anyway made available.
