LTS 2015 supports PG 9.3 and 9.4.
In https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/upgrade-from-60-to-lts-2015/#notification-subscriptions-upgrade , it is found that running the notification-subscriptions-migration.psql.sql script requires that the PG extension "uuid-ossp" is created before running the script
Suggested sentence.
Nota: this procedure requires, for versions of Postgres greater than 9.3, to create the extension "uuid-ossp" before running the script.
