Complete upgrade note for configuration using Redis

Since NXP-23055, RedisClusterInvalidator class has been removed but we missed the cleanup in the templates and the repository configuration file was only fixed for 10.1 thanks to NXP-23996. For 9.10, there is NXP-24980 to fallback on the default PubSub service when Redis is used.

A note should be added to the upgrade page from LTS 2016 to LTS 2017 to provide the correct value for this parameter and avoid a ClassNotFoundException.
