Create a best practices page about CI usage

Customers frequently request high level guidance about setting up CI for their project.

GOAL

• Create a page that explains usual tools and basic methology for CI setup

Notes:

• Not a how to: this is just a high level overview to get people started.
• Customers can easily be scared at the work load it implies: idea is to keep things simple and short, plus we already have good documentation on that topic in the doc.
• Could be improved to advertise how PS can help with this later on.
