In French Support documentation https://doc.nuxeo.com/studio/comment-interagir-avec-un-ticket/ , one can notice "CLOT" instead of "CLOS" in the workflow picture.
So, as changing this page, it is proposed to also add documentation on the "CLOSED" state and reword here and there the explanations to remind people to explicitly close the tickets, as 50% of tickets currently remain in the "RESOLVED" state
