Automate the update process of screenshots

Making sure that screenshots and diagrams are always up to date comes at a high cost and UI updates are very frequent. We have screenshots all over the place: University, Website, Docs, training slides, etc. Furthermore committing images as we do in a repository is not very useful neither efficient.

Better approach would be to manage screenshots in a content management system so that they are correctly catalogued and easy to publish on the web so that they can be re-used by our websites.
