Update needed NodeJS version

      Description

      Documentation at https://doc.nuxeo.com/corg/installing-nodejs-and-related-tools/ currently states that version 4.4.2 should be used, but nuxeo-web-ui does not properly build with this version on master (9.3-SNAPSHOT).

      6.4.0 is currently recommended because of NXP-22257, else 6.9.x should be used, or 6.10.x, ideally 6.11.x (these are LTS versions).

      Related: https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-web-ui/blob/master/package.json#L51 should also be updated to bump the version.
