      Description

      Steps:

      Generate a multi-module project structure by executing a CLI command (for example, execute $ nuxeo bootstrap)

      Expected result:

      In the "Nuxeo Version" prompt, the default value is the latest version (LTS 2023)

      Actual result:

      In the "Nuxeo Version" prompt, the default value is LTS 2021.0 (see screenshot)
