Generate a package level dependency when linking to a Studio project

For now, the CLI only generates a maven jar dependency when linking a Java project to a Studio project, thus the required Studio project and its dependencies are not installed automatically when installing the java project package. It should be added to the package.xml dependencies as well as in the pom.xml
