Ease up testing ajaxified tabs in selenium tests

Before and after clicking an ajaxified tab, the selenium commands watchA4jRequests and waitForA4jRequest must be called.

Let's add new dupe methods to handle enabling/disaling checks for ajaxified tabs to make the distinction.
