start-unix target fails on exec "nuxeoctl mp-install" if arg nuxeoctl.option.clid is empty

Cloning and using the latest snapshot of the marketplace sample as-is (https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-marketplace-sample).
Using java 1.8.0_40 and maven 3.2.2 on mac OS 10.10.2 (tested on 2 different mac on Yosemite)
Run mvn integration-test -Pftest
The marketplace packaging ran fine, the marketplace can be installed manually, but the webdriver tests failed :

[INFO]      [exec] 	Invalid package - no package.xml file found in package tomcat

The tests works on QA http://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/addons_FT_nuxeo-sample-project-master/
sounds like an OS configuration issue.
FYI : Testing on 6.0 version failed too.
