Allow editing the Jenkins report duty comments with Drive

      Description

      The dc:description field is used for Jenkins reports. This field has been used because it'll be sent in default notifications when modifying the report.

      It would be useful to support markdown (instead of just HTML) for this field, and to allow editing it through Drive.

      For this a blob holder adapter is needed for the specific JenkinsReport doc type, on field dc:description.
