      Description

      Whenever a hotfix release is done, some jobs end up being red because they're not waiting for upstream builds to be finished.

      For instance, on 5.8 branch, all addons builds fail, and also FT for addons (layout demo, error web).
      this regularly requires manual re-build of failing jobs.
