FunkLoad fl-credential-ctl sometime fails to start

      randomly fl-credential-ctl start returns and is not accessible

      the credential log contains 

       2014-05-07 03:03:34,716 INFO Init XML/RPC server localhost:55501.

      so either the process exist and take more than 2s to listen on the port, either there is no process (note that fl-monitor-ctl is also not available)
