Exclude test and provided scopes by default

This is a temporary workaround waiting for NXBT-744: exclude "test" and "provided" scopes by default in artifact pattern org.nuxeo.build.maven.filter.CompositeFilter.addFiltersFromDescriptor(ArtifactDescriptor)
They can still be included by explicitly requiring one of them.
