      Description

      Currently, the dependency resolve builds a solution including available but not required upgrades.

      By default, it should display the recommended upgrades but only perform those required. For instance mp-hotfix should not upgrade packages if not required.
      Upgrades are performed with the mp-upgrade command.

      Once implemented, revert NXBT-655 which will be useless.
