Remove '-m' option from su: it's not really useful and interferes with some version of office

      Description

      In some cases (apparently depends on the version of Open/LibreOffice), using the '-m' option of su in the init script prevents the office daemon from starting.
      It doesn't seem to be useful -> remove it.
