nx:zipdiff task should have an option to ignore files content or not

      Description

      nx:zipdiff currently looks at files content when comparing them. This is useful for SNAPSHOT artifacts for instance. But sometimes, we may want to ignore file content and consider only files' naming in the comparison.
      Add an option to manage that behavior.
