standardize selenium tests management

      Description

      Selenium test must be in sync with sources, so we will have a 5.2 and 5.1 branch, further more the scripts will be tagged using the release process.

      The selenium tests should be extract from the NuxeoWebTest and we should try to use a maven plugin to launch test
