Make nuxeo-distribution-tools provide its Ant execution the parent Maven execution offline parameters

Make nuxeo-distribution-tools fill an env param mvn.opts reusable in ant execution.

The first use-case is the "offline" parameter : if running a mvn in offline mode which calls NDT which calls Ant which calls Maven (sadly, such case is common!), then the latest Maven execution is not in offline mode.
