Create Jenkins Builders for LTS 2025

      Description

      We want to create all needed Jenkins builders for the LTS 2025, see below a non exhaustive list:

      • platform builder to build Nuxeo LTS
      • package builder to build Nuxeo Package
      • benchmark builder to run Nuxeo benchmark

      As of LTS 2025, the builders will have JDK 21 installed.
