Disable beta failure notifications in explorer pipelines

      Description

      Disabling upload nuxeo-explorer reference export Failure Notifications was not enough.
      Explorer beta fails upstream in the cleanup old exports step in another job as well now.

      We need to have a broader/early approach to stop receiving unnecessary daily notifications about it as we don't manage the beta deployment.
