Automate Nexus Jenkins plugin installation

      Description

      The Jenkins Nexus Plugin is required for the 10.10 build and release pipelines, see NXP-32153 and NXP-32156.

      Distribution of this plugin on the Jenkins update site has been suspended, since it bundles proprietary dependency, see https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/3742.

      Yet, according to this comment it can be fetched from the Sonatype web site.

      We have installed the plugin manually on both production and staging Jenkins instances, from the plugin advanced settings, using the URL of nexus-jenkins-plugin-3.19.0-01.hpi.

      Once the distribution issue is fixed, let's handle the plugin installation properly along with the other plugins.

      Note that the plugin configuration has been dealt with in this PR.
