      Description

      Link every piece together:

      • when pushing to a PR with label preview-eks, deploy/update the DEV environment
      • when releasing a major/minor version, update the UAT environments with the latest release
      • when releasing a patch version, and it corresponds to last major/minor series, update the UAT environments

      This is valid for both the arender-nuxeo and arender-helm-chart repositories.
