Adjust resources in Platform CI builds

We would like to adjust the pod requests/limits settings given to our Jenkins executor in order to benefit from the underlying k8s nodes capacity.

This request will also covers Maven settings in order to benefit from the available memory.

Furthermore, on nuxeo-lts, some pipeline are executed on the nuxeo-platform-lts-202x pod template but doesn't need the containers and resources this pod is requesting. This will help the cluster to create such pods as they won't require a new k8s node to start.
