Configure labels on deployed objects for Datadog tags

      Description

      We want to configure the labels set to the pods deployed by the Platform CI in order to precisely monitor them.

      We would like to have this kind of information:

      • the team (platform/connectors)
      • the usage (builder, unit tests, preview...)
      • the current branch
      • the base branch (the one targeted by the PR, the current branch if 2021/2023)
      • the repository

      At the same time, we will configure the Datadog agent to send these labels as tags through the Helm property datadog.podLabelsAsTags.
