      Description

      We would like to upgrade the Skaffold tool in our builder images to benefit from multi platform build support.

      We don't have to update to Skaffold v2, upgrading to 1.39 is enough, see https://github.com/nuxeo/platform-builder-base/commit/f2a1b8d617d4b1f127fc766742132b6ea8acfbfe
