Update package pod templates to build UI addons parts

      Description

      Since WebUI is now built with NodeJS 14, see WEBUI-792, we should upgrade our builders for addons to the same version of NodeJS.

      This is needed for nuxeo-coldstorage & nuxeo-retention addons.

      Also we will need to add the playwright container to these pod templates as it is needed for frontend unit tests.
